Producer, Overnight announcer
From Brother Bill:
Craig was first a producer in the early 80's. He was fired by Marsden after Craig accidentally missed an edit of Ted Woloshyn's WW3 segment - although I didn't hear it, apparently when Ted made a mistake he would ramble off various "not-so-nice-for-radio" words. One time he did and Craig missed the edit. Needless to say he was fired the following Monday.
Craig was re-hired in the late 80's and ended up doing overnights in the early 90's.. eventually he moved on and has been John Derringer's "lobster boy" producer since John was at THE FAN...
From Alan Cross, May 2002:
Craig Venn is still John Derringer's "Lobster Boy" now that he's at Q107.
March 2007:
Craig is now the morning show host 95.1 The Rock in Windsor, Ontario.
