Gleaning!?? I take that you mean making an audio form a video or MP3
You must have a recorder program.I got mine from "Bitlord"
Video takes up too much disk space

What Smokalotapot says is true - and you can find a number of shareware programs on CNet. Another thing to remember is that when mp3 files are uploaded to YouTube as the backdrop for videos, the sound is degraded. When you rip the sound files, you lose that much more quality. So, your end product will be fair quality at best.
